League City, TX (November 29, 2019) – On November 27, authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 2400 block of Farm to Market Road 518.
According to reports, a female pedestrian was walking along the roadway when she was struck by a motor vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to render aid.
The female victim was rushed to an area hospital for emergency surgery.
The driver of the vehicle was located shortly after the collision and arrested.
At this time, police are investigating.
