DUI and Head-On Collisions in Texas
Studies show that at least one person is injured in a DUI accident every 20 minutes. DUI and head-on collisions often go hand in hand since impaired drivers are likely to end up in wrong lanes. Whenever a driver is behind the wheel with a BAC level of .08 percent or higher, their vision blurs, their limbs loosen up, their reaction times slow down, and their concentration deters.
Anyone involved in an accident caused by a drunk driver has the right to file a personal injury lawsuit as long as they did not contribute to causing the crash.
