Presidio County, TX (December 1, 2019) On the evening of November 30th, a hit-and-run accident occurred on Highway 67. According to reports, a 2017 Black Dodge Dually was traveling on the highway when it struck a Chevrolet pickup truck but continued to flee the scene. The pickup truck hit a guard rail and then spun out of control as a result of the accident.

Hit-And-Run Accidents in Texas

Presidio County, TX – Eusebio Espinoza Acosta Injured In Hit-And-Run Accident On Hwy 67Unfortunately, hit-and-run collisions occur every single day throughout the country. Most of the time these accidents occur late at night when drivers are likely to be under the influence and fatigued. After hours, drivers tend to believe they can get away with negligent behavior since there are fewer witnesses are on the road.

When drivers are eventually caught after fleeing the scene of an accident, their consequences are often far worse than they would have been had they remained accountable at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
