Azle, TX – TX-199 (Jacksboro Highway) Crash Results in Injuries
Azle, TX (December 2, 2019) – A major motor vehicle accident in the 300 block of Texas Highway 199 left one person injured.
According to reports, just before 1 p.m., on November 29, authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on TX 199. A pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle in the roadway, near Steward Street, for unknown reasons.
The individual was critically injured in the incident. Two ambulances responded to the scene to provide transportation.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene but was apprehended shortly after.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
