Ector County, TX – One Killed in University Blvd Collision
Ector County, TX (December 3, 2019) – A high-speed chase left one innocent victim deceased on Sunday.
On December 1, authorities were in pursuit of 48-year-old Bryan Madsen when the man fled in a vehicle down West University Boulevard when it collided with a second vehicle, which was pulling out of a parking lot.
The driver of the second vehicle was rushed to Medical Center Hospital where he was declared deceased.
Madsen was subsequently arrested for various charges.
At this time, police are investigating.
