Ector, TX (December 3, 2019) – A pedestrian accident on TX Highway 56 left one person injured.

According to reports, just after noon on December 3, authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on US Highway 56. A pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway, near County Road 4026, when they were struck by a motor vehicle.

The pedestrian was critically injured in the collision. The injured victim was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.

At this time, police are investigating.
