Frost, TX – TX-22 Head-On Collision Leaves 2 Men Injured

Frost, TX (December 4, 2019) – Around 6:30 a.m., on December 2, authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on State Highway 22.

According to reports, a black 2016 Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling west along Highway 22 when it collided with a green 1996 Toyota pickup truck just one mile east of the Hill County line.

The driver of the Toyota, who was identified as 59-year-old Billy Elmore, was seriously injured in the collision. An air ambulance responded to the scene to provide transportation for him to Parkland Hospital.

The driver of the Chevrolet, who was identified as 56-year-old Russell Milne, was transported via ambulance to Navarro Regional Hospital with serious injuries.

At this time, police are investigating.
