Alvarado, TX – 2 Airlifted from Crash on US-67 (E Henderson St)
Alvarado, TX (December 6, 2019) – A mother and her child were airlifted to an area hospital following a collision on US Highway 67 on Thursday, December 5th.
Emergency crews from multiple agencies were called to the scene of the motor vehicle accident that occurred on the westbound side of the highway. As per reports, two vehicles collided head-on along Highway 67, near County Road 810.
One person involved in the collision had to be extricated from their vehicle.
Two CareFlite Helicopters responded to the scene of the accident. One female victim was airlifted to Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. The second pediatric patient was airlifted to Cook Children’s Hospital.
At this time, police are investigating.
