Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
In 2015, studies show that about 129,000 pedestrians were treated at hospitals after being hit by vehicles. Sadly, most of these accidents were caused by a driver’s inattention or some other form of negligence. Even if drivers look away from the road for a few seconds, that’s more than enough time to accidentally strike someone.
When pedestrians have the right-of-way and are still hit by vehicles, they have the right to file personal injury lawsuits against all liable parties.
Our personal injury lawyers at The Benton Law Firm specialize in helping injured victims receive as much compensation as possible for all sustained bodily injuries. As long as our clients were not at fault, we can help them pursue all liable parties. If you or someone you love was hurt in a pedestrian accident, contact our office today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878. We look forward to helping you.
