Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Every day at least one pedestrian is hit by a vehicle in Texas. The accident is almost always the result of negligence. Oftentimes it only takes a few seconds of not paying attention for drivers to accidentally strike pedestrians or cause other accidents. Drivers are expected to constantly be on the lookout for pedestrians at all times, especially in shopping centers.
When drivers fail to abide by their duties and harm others as a result, victims have the right to file personal injury lawsuits against all liable parties.
At The Benton Law Firm, we work diligently to ensure our clients are fully compensated for bodily injuries (and other damages) they did not cause. We assist them with every step of filing their personal injury lawsuits until all liable parties are held financially accountable.
