Workplace Accidents in Texas
An average of 12,900 injuries occur at work every day in the United States, according to recent studies. It’s an employer’s job to ensure the work environment is safe for employees to efficiently complete their assigned tasks. When areas are not inspected and hazardous, employers should be held financially liable for all sustained injuries.
Allowing employees to work in dangerous environments is considered a negligent act, and all employers who don’t provide a safe work environment should pay for all injuries, lost wages, and more.
At The Benton Law Firm, we help injured employees file lawsuits after being harmed in workplace accidents that they were not at fault for causing. We have spent years successfully assisting our clients with proving negligence and winning large enough settlements to assist them with medical bills, lost wages, and more.
