Truck and Car Accidents in Texas
Out of the millions of vehicle collisions that occur annually in the United States, about 500,000 of them involve large trucks. Often times when trucks and smaller vehicles collide, the occupants inside of the smaller vehicle are more prone to sustaining the more serious injuries.
There are many reasons why trucks and vehicles collide, but most of the time the contributing factor is negligence, which includes speed, distracted driving, drunk driving, and drowsy driving.
At The Benton Law Firm, our personal injury lawyers are knowledgeable about the truck industry and understand the laws and regulations that companies and their employees are required to abide by. Therefore, when our clients sustain injuries in a truck accident that they weren’t at fault for, our attorneys are able to successfully help them prove negligence against all potentially liable parties.
