Houston, TX – 2 Police Officers Hit by Drunk Driver on Congress St
Houston, TX (December 8, 2019) On the morning of December 8th, a drunk driver struck two Houston police officers in downtown Houston at 2:30 a.m. According to reports, both officers were directing traffic when they were hit at the intersection of Congress Street and Main Street.
Before being hit, they both tried getting the driver to stop, but he ignored their directions and hit them anyway.
When the paramedics arrived, they found both officers injured and tended to them accordingly.
The accident is still under investigation as the details are finalized.
