Odessa, TX – Julian Molinar Killed in Pedestrian Accident on RM 2020

Odessa, TX (December 9, 2019) – A pedestrian accident on Ranch to Market Road 2020 claimed one victim’s life on Saturday.

According to reports, on December 7, 41-year-old Joanna Ruiz was traveling down Ranch to Market Road 2020 when she struck a pedestrian, who was walking along the roadway.

Ruiz fled the scene of the incident without stopping to render aid. Ruiz was later apprehended and arrested.

The pedestrian, who was later identified as 20-year-old Julian Molinar, sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
