Motorcycle Accidents in Texas

McKinney, TX - Officer Injured In Motorcycle Accident On U.S. 75In 2017, almost 500 motorcyclists lost their lives in vehicle collisions on Texas roads. Like most other accidents, negligence is often a contributing factor. Because motorcyclists are exposed on their vehicles, it’s easy for them to sustain injuries that could range from minor to fatal.

As long as motorcyclists were not at fault for an accident, they can file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers to be fairly compensated for their injuries.

At The Benton Law Firm, we have spent nearly two decades helping injured motorcyclists file personal injury lawsuits against irresponsible drivers. After reviewing their case, we immediately begin gathering evidence to prove their negligence claims if we believe we can help them.
