Pedestrian Accidents in San Antonio
As of June of 2019, approximately 25 pedestrians have been struck and killed by vehicles in San Antonio. Fatal pedestrian accidents are often a result of some form of negligent driving. It only takes a few seconds of drivers being on their cell phones, searching for lost items, putting on makeup, conversing with passengers, disciplining children, and so on, for a fatal pedestrian accident to occur.
Families may be able to file wrongful death lawsuits against negligent drivers if their loved one was not at fault for the accident.
