Car Accidents in Texas
Every year, at least 3,000 people lose their lives in fatal accidents throughout Texas. Even more sustain serious injuries that could lead to permanent lifestyle changes. Almost every car accident in Texas is caused by some form of negligence. Drivers often attempt to multi-task when they’re behind the wheel. Other times they drive after they’ve had too many drinks or taken a high dose of drugs. Sometimes drivers are being aggressive because of their impatience with other vehicles. No matter the reason, when drivers are not responsible and cause collisions, they should be held at-fault and financially liable for all damages.
