Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Thousands of pedestrians are injured annually for the same reason that most other traffic-related accidents occur – negligence. Negligence can be in the form of intoxication, distractions, aggressiveness, and/or recklessness. It only takes a few moments of driving reckless for a serious vehicle accident or pedestrian accident to occur.
When that happens, those who sustained injuries should be able to file personal injury lawsuits against all negligent drivers for compensation.
At The Benton Law Firm, we are passionate about helping our injured clients prove their negligence claims and winning their personal injury lawsuits. We have spent years helping our clients receive large settlements and we plan to help thousands more.
