Vehicle Collisions in Texas
According to recent studies, 40 percent of vehicle collisions occur at intersections throughout the country. Most of the time at least one of the drivers was not paying attention, or they were partaking in some form of negligence. Sometimes drivers attempt to speed through red lights instead of yielding or stopping. Other times drivers are under the influence or fatigued. There are even instances where drivers are being reckless because they have road rage.
No matter what causes the driver to drive negligently, they should always be held financially liable if their negligent accidents caused other people harm.
At The Benton Law Firm, we defend injured victims every day against reckless drivers. We help them file personal injury lawsuits as long as they were not at fault for the accident.
