Tyler County, TX – 3 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Accident on US 190

Tyler County, TX (December 15, 2019) On the evening of December 14th, multiple vehicles collided at the intersection of US 190 and FM 92. According to reports, a 2012 GMC pickup truck struck a Hyundai that failed to yield the right of way as it turned left at the intersection. The GMC proceeded to drive into a convenience store parking lot where it hit a Chevrolet Trailblazer and Ford pickup truck. The GMC came to stop after crashing into the wall of a convenience store.

Emergency crews arrived and found the driver of the GMC injured and transported the victim to Jasper Memorial hospital. She has been identified as 21-year-old Laramie Dunn of Petrolia. The driver of the Hyundai, 36-year-old Cora Goneau, and her passenger, 31-year-old Joseph Griffith also sustained injuries and was taken to Baptist hospital in Beaumont for treatment of serious injuries.

The drivers of the Chevrolet Trailblazer and Ford pickup truck did not sustain any injuries.

Authorities are still investigating this major collision.
