Pasadena, TX – Officer Injured in Crash on Spencer Highway

Pasadena, TX (December 17, 2019) – On December 16, authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Spencer Highway.

As per reports, at approximately 7:34 p.m., a driver ran a red light at the intersection of Spencer Highway and Watters Road and collided with a patrol car. The impact of the collision sent the patrol car into a utility pole.

One officer inside the vehicle was injured. The victim was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital for treatment.

At this time, police are investigating.
