Motor Vehicle Accidents in Texas
Motor vehicles are designed to be safe and to effectively transport occupants to and from various locations. Unfortunately, these vehicles stand very little chance against the impact of larger commercial vehicles, like trains. More than 17,500 people are hospitalized annually with injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. When trains are involved, the chances of catastrophic injuries are greatly increased.
