Odessa, TX – Abla Almaiah ID’d as N Tom Green Ave Victim
Odessa, TX (December 20, 2019) – A motor vehicle accident on North Tom Green Avenue left one woman in critical condition on Wednesday.
Reports from the Odessa Police Department indicate that just after 10:00 a.m., on December 18th, a minivan driven by Renee Vincent was traveling east along 42nd Street when it collided with a pickup truck, which was driven by Dana Gonzalez, at the intersection with North Tom Green Avenue.
The impact of the collision sent the pickup truck into a female pedestrian, who was walking down the sidewalk near the intersection.
The pedestrian, who was identified as Alba Almaiah, was rushed to an area hospital and airlifted to a hospital in Lubbock with life-threatening injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
