Head-On Collisions in Texas

Carson County, TX – At Least 1 Injured In Head-On Collision On I-40Most head-on collisions occur late at night on weekends, which is when most drunk drivers are behind the wheel. Drunk drivers are more likely to veer into opposite lanes and collide head-on with other vehicles since their vision loses accuracy as well as their ability to quickly respond to their surroundings. Drivers getting behind the wheel while under the influence is a clear act of negligence and they should be held financially liable for all of the damages they cause.
