Head-On Collisions in Texas
It’s unfortunate that hundreds of head-on collisions occur in Texas every year. Despite the increasing knowledge and studies regarding the dangers of head-on collisions, drivers continue to place themselves in hazardous situations by driving in the opposite lanes. Most of the time drivers are under the influence and don’t even realize they’re in the wrong lane. Other times roads are poorly lit, which makes it difficult for drivers to discern which lane is the correct lane, especially on rural roads.
When families suddenly lose loved ones in head-on collisions caused by other drivers, they may be able to file wrongful death lawsuits against all responsible parties in order to be fairly compensated for damages and losses. At The Benton Law Firm, our experienced attorneys specialize in wrongful death lawsuits and have successfully assisted numerous families for nearly two decades.
