Car Accidents in Texas
Statistics show that about 700,000 vehicle collisions are caused by drivers running stop signs. About one-third of those collisions leave drivers and passengers injured. Failing to abide by traffic laws is a negligent act that drivers must suffer the consequences for, especially if their actions leave others harmed.
Injured victims have the right to file personal injury lawsuits against drivers who failed to abide by traffic laws. Families can also file wrongful death lawsuits as long as their deceased loved ones were not at fault.
At The Benton Law Firm, we dedicate our practice to assisting injured victims with filing personal injury lawsuits and helping them recover as much funds as possible. We understand how costly injuries can be, which is why we work hard to help our clients prove their negligence claims.
