Odessa, TX – Juvenile Male Injured in E 36th St Accident
Odessa, TX (December 23, 2019) – A 9-year-old boy was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident on East 36th Street.
On December 21, authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 1300 block of East 36th Street. According to police, 23-year-old Jarrett Gray was speeding down the roadway in a Chevrolet Camaro when he struck a parked car. The impact of the collision caused the parked car to strike a 9-year-old boy in the area.
The boy incurred serious injuries in the collision and was airlifted to a hospital in Lubbock.
Gray was subsequently arrested for his actions.
At this time, police are investigating.
