Houston, TX – 2 Children Injured in Fire on Hartwick Rd
Houston, TX (December 24, 2019) – A house fire on Tuesday sent two kids to area hospitals with injuries.
On December 24, at approximately 5:20 a.m., authorities were called to the scene of a house fire on Hartwick Road. Reports indicate that a house along the roadway, near East Hardy Road, caught on fire as the family slept inside.
Two children inside the home were injured and transported to Texas Children’s Hospital for treatment. Two other children, as well as four adults, made it out safely. Unfortunately, two dogs were killed in the fire.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
