Amarillo, TX – Pedestrian Injured in W Amarillo Blvd (Rte 66) Crash

Amarillo, TX (December 25, 2019) – A pedestrian accident on Amarillo Boulevard left one person with injuries.

At around 7 a.m., on December 24, authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West Amarillo Boulevard.

According to reports, a 41-year-old man was attempting to cross the roadway in front of the Dollar General store located near North Travis Street when he was struck by a motor vehicle.

The man incurred life-threatening injuries and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.

At this time, the Amarillo Police Department is investigating.
