Killeen, TX – Michael Dean Cook Killed in Crash on Jasper Rd
Killeen, TX (December 25, 2019) – A pedestrian lost his life in a collision on Jasper Road.
On December 21, police and emergency crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 1000 block of Jasper Road.
According to reports, 53-year-old Michael Dean Cook was attempting to cross the southbound side of the roadway when he was struck by a motor vehicle. The eastbound SUV fled the scene of the accident without stopping to render aid.
Cook incurred fatal injuries in the collision and was declared deceased at the scene.
At this time, police are investigating.
