Vehicle Collisions in Texas
Everyday someone loses their life on Texas roads. Unfortunately, most fatal collisions could be avoided since the leading cause is often negligence. Negligent driving comes in many forms, the most common being using a handheld device, driving while intoxicated, falling asleep, grooming, putting on makeup, eating, speeding, and more. Even if drivers only partake in these negligent actions for a few minutes, that’s enough time to cause a serious collision that could end someone’s life.
Immediate family members may be able to file wrongful death lawsuits against all liable parties as long as their loved one was not at fault for the accident.
Because our experienced Texas attorneys at The Benton Law Firm have spent years assisting families with their wrongful death lawsuits, we have been able to help numerous families prove negligence and win large settlements to cover post-accident expenses.
