Motorcycle Accidents in Texas

Aransas Pass, TX – Christopher Vergara Killed In Motorcycle Accident On FM 1069In 2016, over 460 motorcyclists were killed on Texas roads in fatal collisions. Motorcycle accidents are often a result of drivers not checking their surroundings before switching lanes or turning at intersections. Because motorcycles are much smaller than other vehicles, they are able to fit into drivers’ blind spots, which is why it’s important for drivers to constantly check those areas. When drivers are under the influence, on their cell phones, or distracted by something else, they put themselves at risk of accidentally colliding with a motorcyclist.

Because motorcycles are less stable than larger vehicles, it’s easier for riders to sustain injuries. Therefore, it’s important for injured riders to seek legal help from experienced Texas attorneys to help them file personal injury lawsuits against all liable parties.

At The Benton Law Firm, we specialize in helping injured motorcyclists file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers. If you or someone you love was injured in a motorcycle accident, contact our office today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
