Kerrville, TX – Lance Lamont Calhoun Killed in TX-16 Crash

Kerrville, TX (January 1, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident on Texas Highway 16 resulted in fatal injuries.

At 5:45 p.m., on December 20, the Texas Department of Public Safety was called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Texas Highway 16 just 9.4 miles north of Kerrville.

Reports indicate that 29-year-old Lance Lamont Calhoun was traveling south along the roadway in a 2008 Ford Edge. As Calhoun traveled along the roadway, 60-year-old Michelle Hardman Martin, who was traveling north in a 2018 Jeep Wrangler, cut over into the southbound lane and sideswiped the Ford.

Mr. Calhoun incurred fatal injuries in the collision and was declared deceased at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
