Pasadena, TX (January 1, 2020) – Authorities have identified the two workers who sadly lost their lives in a workplace accident on Saturday.
On December 29, authorities were called to the scene of a workplace accident at the Quala firm located at 5100 Underwood road.
Reports indicate that the two workers were cleaning a chemical tank, just before 1:30 a.m. when they were both overcome by fumes.
A third employee, who was wearing a gas mask, noticed that one of the men never returned from cleaning the rear-end of the 18-wheeler, so he went to check for the worker.
