Lubbock, TX – 3-Year-Old Struck & Killed on 15th St

Lubbock, TX (January 2, 2020) – A young child sadly lost their life in a pedestrian accident on Wednesday.

On January 1, authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 1900 block of 15th Street. Reports from the Lubbock Police Department indicate that a 3-year-old was in a driveway at a residence on the street when they were struck by a motor vehicle.

The child sustained fatal injuries and was immediately declared deceased at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
