Premise Liability in Texas
Every year people lose their lives in public places throughout Texas after being randomly attacked by violent criminals. When people shop at public restaurants, coffee shops, malls, and other businesses, they expect to shop in peace without their safety being jeopardized. Customers expect business owners to ensure that their facilities are safe enough for consumers to have a pleasant experience. When business owners and management fail to provide a safe environment for shoppers, they may be held liable for any violent attacks that take place on their premises. The same goes for employees who are attacked or harmed while working at their job.
At The Benton Law Firm, our experienced Texas premise liability lawyers have spent years aiding injured victims with their personal injury lawsuits and wrongful death lawsuits against negligent business owners and other liable parties. We believe that when people spend their money in public places, their safety should be guaranteed.
