Vehicle Collisions in Texas
Over 100,000 car accidents occur at intersections throughout the United States. These accidents are usually caused by drivers failing to yield the right of way while speeding through intersections. These accidents are also caused by drivers making left turns in front of oncoming traffic. Illegal U-turns are also contributing factors to major collisions at intersections. Because drivers are required to drive responsibly and abide by traffic laws, when they don’t, injured victims may qualify to file personal injury lawsuits against them.
