We send our condolences to the families of Jesus Aguilar and the 14-year-old girl. We also wish the two children a complete recovery.
Hit-and-Run Accidents in Texas
Hit-and-run collisions occur every day throughout the United States, and most of the time speed is a contributing factor. In fact, driving above the speed limit is the number one cause of all collisions in Texas. Drivers who are aware that they are driving negligently are more likely to flee the scene of an accident, especially if they are under the influence.
