Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Studies show that an average of 20 to 30 million people are injured in collisions every year, which also includes auto-pedestrian accidents. Late at night drivers may not see pedestrians if they’re using electronic devices instead of focusing on the road. Drivers may also be speeding, driving under the influence, driving while exhausted, or partaking in other distracting behavior that makes them unaware of their surroundings.
If pedestrians are not at fault for the collision that left them harmed, they can file personal injury lawsuits against all liable parties with the help of an experienced personal injury lawyer.
At The Benton Law Firm, we specialize in helping injured pedestrians file personal injury lawsuits against liable parties after sustaining injuries in auto-pedestrian accidents. Medical bills and other post-accident expenses can be costly, which is why we work hard to prove our clients’ negligence claims so that they can receive as much money as possible.
