Floresville, TX – Councilman Gerard Jimenez Killed in TX-97 Crash
Floresville, TX (January 7, 2020) – A devastating collision claimed one man’s life on Monday.
The Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on Texas Highway 97 at approximately 12:55 p.m. on January 6th.
Reports from DPS indicate that two vehicles collided at the intersection of TX-97 and Farm to Market Road 1344.
Both vehicles incurred extensive damage in the collision.
Unfortunately, Councilman Gerard Jimenez was fatally injured in this collision.
At this time, police are investigating.
