UPDATE: Bryan, TX – Susan Brunson ID’d as Boonville Rd Victim

Bryan, TX (January 8, 2020) – The pedestrian fatally injured in a collision on Boonville Road was identified by police.

Just after 7:30 p.m., on January 5, authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 2500 block of Boonville Road.

Reports indicate that a female pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway, near Town Square Avenue, when she was struck by an SUV.

The victim, who was later identified as 34-year-old Susan Brunson, sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver of the SUV was uninjured and remained at the scene to cooperate with the police.

At this time, an investigation is ongoing.
