Austin, TX – Pedestrian Killed in Collision on Airport Blvd
Austin, TX (January 10, 2020) – At around 7:00 p.m., on January 8th, authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 1100 block of Airport Boulevard.
According to reports, a male pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway, near the intersection of Oak Springs Drive, when he was struck by a motor vehicle. After the impact, the victim collapsed in the roadway and was struck by a second vehicle.
The victim sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was declared deceased at the scene.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the collision.
