Head-On Collisions in Texas
A head-on collision is the most dangerous type of accident to be involved in. The survival rate for drivers and passengers is very low for these collisions since the force of impact is doubled. These accidents are usually caused by drunk driving, distracted driving, and reckless driving. Other times hazardous road conditions and faulty auto parts contribute to vehicles crossing center lines.
Injured victims have the right to file personal injury lawsuits against all liable parties after being harmed in head-on collisions, especially if they had the right-of-way at the time of the crash. At The Benton Law Firm, we help clients file these lawsuits so they can be fairly compensated for injuries, car repairs, and more. If you were injured in a head-on collision and would like to file a personal injury lawsuit, call us today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
