DUI Motorcycle Accidents
In 2017, approximately 3,721 fatalities resulted from vehicle collisions on Texas roads. Some of those fatalities included motorcyclists. Unfortunately, drivers who are under the influence are likely to speed and cause fatal collisions due to their blurred vision, incoherence, and a false sense of reality. When under the influence, drivers aren’t aware of how fast they’re going or who is in their surroundings, which makes them more prone to disregarding traffic lights and speed limits.
