UPDATE: Marlin, TX – Jose Ramirez Killed In Car Accident On Hwy 7
Marlin, TX (January 11, 2020) On January 8th, a three-vehicle collision occurred on State Highway 7 in Falls County. According to reports, a Hyundai, Dodge, and Chevrolet collided on the highway at the Brazos River bridge.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene at 5:15 p.m. and found one person suffered major head injuries and ultimately passed away at the scene. He has been identified as 60-year-old Jose Ramirez of Marlin. The ambulance transported a woman with hip injuries to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Crews shut down Highway 7 as they cleared the scene and investigated the accident.
