Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Thousands of pedestrians are hit and killed throughout the United States every year. When pedestrians are hit on highways, there are multiple factors that contribute to the accident. Pedestrians may have had car trouble and end up walking on the highway to the nearest exit for help. However, if drivers are speeding or driving while intoxicated, they may accidentally strike and kill a pedestrian. When this happens, immediate families may qualify to file wrongful death lawsuits against negligent drivers if their loved one had the right-of-way at the time of the accident.
At The Benton Law Firm, our mission is to assist as many families with wrongful death lawsuits as we can. For the past 20 years, we have helped countless families file these complex lawsuits because we are passionate about their rights and believe they should not be held financially responsible for the actions of others.
