Cibolo, TX – 3 Injured In Car Accident On I-10 W

In 2001, about 5.2 million people sustained occupational injuries throughout the United States. When workers are expected to complete jobs in hazardous work environments that end up harming them, they may be eligible to file personal injury lawsuits against their employers. Not providing safe work environments for employees is an act of negligence, which means employers should be held financially liable for all injuries sustained on the job.

At The Benton Law Firm, we are dedicated to helping injured workers file and win their personal injury lawsuits and work injury claims after being injured while working. We believe a person’s safety shouldn’t be jeopardized while at work, and if it is, they shouldn’t have to pay for medical treatment.
