Car Accidents in Texas
Failure to yield the right of way is responsible for thousands of car accidents annually throughout the United States. When drivers attempt to turn left in front of oncoming vehicles, they risk getting T-boned if they don’t have the right-of-way. There are instances when oncoming drivers are expected to yield when the light turns yellow, allowing the other driver to turn. When oncoming drivers fail to slow down or come to a stop, they risk causing a major accident at the intersection.
When drivers or passengers sustain injuries in car accidents, it’s important that they follow up with an experienced Texas attorney to file a personal injury lawsuit.
At The Benton Law Firm, we help injured victims file personal injury lawsuits as long as they were not at fault for the accident.
