Industrial Accidents in Texas
In 2018, over 5,000 people lost their lives in work injury accidents throughout the country. Unfortunately, employees are expected to complete tasks in harmful work environments that jeopardize their safety. Employers are responsible for inspecting all areas before allowing employees to complete their assigned projects. However, sometimes employers fail to do so, and employees end up losing their lives.
Employees who have sustained injuries at work can contact The Benton Law Firm to file personal injury lawsuits against negligent employers. Injured victims should not have to pay for medical treatment or suffer from lost wages if an employer is at fault for the accident.
