Houston, TX – Man Killed In Industrial Accident On Campbell Rd

In 2001, about 5,900 employees lost their lives while working throughout the country. Employees show up to work expecting to work in safe environments without their lives being at stake. Employers are constantly supposed to make sure there are no toxic or hazardous materials around their employees, and if there are, they are expected to inform their employees of possible safety hazards. When employers fail to do this, they risk being responsible for the lives of their deceased employees.

Immediate family members who have lost loved ones in work injury accidents can contact The Benton Law Firm to file wrongful death lawsuits against negligent employers. Families should not have to pay for medical treatment or funeral expenses if an employer is at fault for the accident.
